Any unauthorized use or distribution of these API keys is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
5. Service Availability
Chhaya AI strives to ensure that our services are available at all times. However, there may be instances of scheduled or unscheduled downtime for maintenance or technical issues. Chhaya AI is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by the unavailability of our services.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the Chhaya AI website and its services, including but not limited to the AI article generator, AI chatbot, AI coder, AI image generator, AI transcriber, AI voiceovers, and custom templates, are owned by Chhaya AI and its licensors.
